An opportunity exists for an experienced IT support Analyst to join a small IT department.
Your role will be to supervise, manage and maintain the technical infrastructures, support the administration of the servers, backup`s and storage management. You will create and maintain documentation, provide standard IT training for core systems and support installations of new systems.
To be considered for this position you need minimum 2 years experience within a similar position, preferably gained within an automotive company and proven analytical, motivational and communication skills.
It is essential that you have proven experience of HP UNIX 11 and Progress. You must have detailed knowledge of Windows 2000,XP and Office and have a good understanding of TCP*IP, LAN, WAN`S routers and switches. You will also need to be aware of HP* Compaq hardware, Servers, desktops and printers.
An MCSE 2000 would be highly desirable.
All candidates must have strong ability to co-operate with people of different levels inside and outside the business, must be willing to travel, highly customer focused and on call is mandatory.
